📬 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email or text (if opted in). Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

🧾 Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
We are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us immediately to correct your address.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
If your package is lost, damaged in transit, or never arrives, please:

  • First contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number.

  • Then, reach out to us at contacthtnb@gmail.com — we’ll do our best to help you resolve it.

We may offer a replacement or store credit on a case-by-case basis.
